Job Role 1- Design and spearhead the implementation of the overall supply chain strategy from the first mile to the last mile 2- Selection, negotiation and empanelment of different courier partners along with assessment of their regional prowess and calibrating shipment allocation accordingly 3- Periodic reporting and reviews with vendors on performance metrics and remove/improve the bad actors in the system 4- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities 5- Lead expansion of micro-warehousing and fulfilment centers across the country to reduce delivery TAT without pilferage and control returns 6- Own stock replenishment, material procurement and resolve all weight and COD discrepancies to ensure a healthy P&L 7- Set up a control tower for order verification, NDR management, and customer support 8- Set operational hygiene by ensuring daily stock audits, 0% dispatch breach, 100% attempt before EDD, DSLU, and ageing monitoring, 100% fill rate, etc 9- Design dashlets and ensure data sanity to give real-time visibility of important metrics to the senior leadership 10- Build a high-performance team to deliver operational excellence Requirements 1- 4-10 years of experience in a D2C e-commerce environment or a logistics startup 2- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with the supply chain fraternity 3- Previous experience of having worked with different courier partners and aggregators 4- Strong excel and quant skills to do data analysis and draw meaningful insights 5- Full professional proficiency in English and Hindi. Limited/full working proficiency in regional languages is a plus 6- Undergraduate degree with notable co-curricular achievements 7- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment 8- Healthcare enthusiast who believes in the mission of the company and is excited about building this together 9- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore (if needed) to work closely with the team.
