Role Objective :&nbsp; We are looking for a high caliber person who shall drive users- growth for both direct online orders and lead generations, user registrations, RFQs and various user call to action. The role requires to plan, execute &amp; manager App campaign for Moglix targeting increasing the active user base Role Responsibilities: - Define, develop and execute acquisition strategies to drive the desired user acquisition, growth in market share and revenue. - Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of mobile app initiatives to drive adoption and engagement of App. - Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess the same against the targeted RoAS (Return on Advt. Spent) - Involve in strategic planning to collaborate with relevant industry bodies, associations to drive partnerships and user adoption - Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained - Tracking and analyzing customer needs based on customer behavior including search, browse and purchase, identifying problems and opportunities and responding accordingly, - Engage with cross-functional teams where necessary Key Stakeholders: Internal: Category, Merchandising, Product - Tech engineering and Sales Team Marketing, Merchandising &amp; Product Management Teams External :&nbsp; Industry bodies, Associations: To drive partnerships and user adoption Agencies, Google &amp; other equivalent: To position strong brand in the market. Qualification &amp; Experience: - 3-5 years of experience - Excellent in communication &amp; presentation skills - High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch - Strong cross-channel execution capabilities with experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders - Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth via paid and owned channels) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimising campaigns, analysing traffic data and solving problems). - Flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry - In-depth knowledge &amp; understanding of e-commerce digital marketing Education - Graduation + MBA from a tier 1/1.5 institute
