Moglix.com - Senior Manager - Supply Chain Design

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to design, standardize & scale up Moglix Warehouse & Supply chain

Role Responsibilities :

- Designing, developing and rolling out all core operational processes at Moglix across first mile, warehouse, logistics and last mile functions.

- Undertake projects in network and infrastructure design, automation, capacity planning, process improvements/ cost reduction.

- Setting up & standardizing warehouse & supply-chain network design

- Leveraging technology to set up the best processes.

Key Stakeholders :

- Internal teams of Supply, Account Management Operations to ensure order fulfillment & Customer NPS

- Enablers For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors, customers, and team members

- External Suppliers, Logistics providers, Customers If required

Work Experience :

- 4-6 years of experience in supply chain/ process improvement

- Start-up experience would be an added advantage. Desirable

Knowledge/Skills :

- Should be very good with data/ analytics/ supply chain/ warehouse systems and hands-on operations.

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch Essential

Education :

- B.Tech from Tier 1/2 institutes (Mandatory)
