Moglix.com - Senior Manager - P&L - Packaging (7-9 yrs)
Role Objective :
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to own a P&L and lead a team of 5-7 sales & operations personnel. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Own & grow the P&L for Packaging business in particular region with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & supply chain management
- Get relevant Enterprise - Packaging customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts
- Strategize entry across key segments and enabling technology led procurement
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
Qualification & Experience :
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in B2B/ Industrial - Packaging space
- Start up experience would be an added advantage
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry
- Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets
- B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes. Graduation from Indian Institute of Packaging (preferred)
