Sr. Manager/Manager - Supply Chain Ops Role Details : Team/Function: SME Online | KAM Location: Noida Designation: Sr. Manage/Manager - Supply Chain Ops Key Role Related Skills: (a) Operations management (b) Supply chain excellence (c) Program management Role Objective : Planning, Procurement & enterprise order management. Together with Sales managers ensures timely implementation of programs activities. This specific role also requires highly motivated person with excellent working knowledge of supply chain & logistics aspects in resolving operational critical challenges as they arise in an emergency setup Role Responsibilities : 1. Manage the program/supply chain execution across multiple accounts that sales team has converted. 2. Lead high-level supplier coordination and roadblock resolution related to manage large orders. 3. Research partner companies and seek to negotiate best-price contracts to increase business revenue. 4. Liaison with suppliers & internal supplier stakeholders for delivery, demand management and new opportunities. Program manage post-sales execution of Moglix solutions. 5. Work with internal, cross-functional teams (Category, Business, Finance Customer success, warehouse & logistics etc.) to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations through a rigorous data-driven process. 6. Get relevant suppliers quotes, negotiate, and start relationship for Price analysis and conversion to favourable delivery and credit terms. 7. Manage the supplier & price discovery process across multiple accounts that sales team has converted and continuous improvement on sourcing process across Moglix. 8. Identify alignment gaps with vendor team & OEMs to drive transparency and accountability through communication and collaboration. 9. Lead on change impact analysis, readiness and post delivery assessments. 10. Train and instruct other members of the Supply Chain team. 11. Monitor and drive all organizational KPIs that are critical for success. Drive the operational cadence at CXO level. Measure & track critical KPIs & initiatives. 12. Provide insights to the business through supply chain analysis. 13. Build a purchase database of enterprise orders for scaling up and improving TAT. Qualification & Experience : Work Experience : - 4-8 years of post-MBA work experience in role such as consulting, supply, procurement etc. - Astute business sense and analytical ability with great articulation skills. - In depth industry knowledge of paint/white goods/cement/auto ancillary. - Prior Supply Chain experience. Knowledge/ Skills : 1. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence - Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited information. 2. Excellent communication, Senior executive presence. 3. Good people management skills 4. Excellent data analytical skills. Education : Graduation & MBA from a premier (Tier -1) institute
