Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Noida

Reports to: VP-Business Development

Job Responsibilities:-

- Work closely with leadership to build up strong account management capabilities

- Understand customer requirement and timelines, translate the same from organization perspective and adhere to delivery & its deadlines

- Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners

- Establish effective relationship with multiple stakeholders (Category, operations, engineering etc.)

- Contribute towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives

- Collaborate with internal teams to create delightful user experience

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for business

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements:-

- MBA from Tier I/II B-schools, B-Tech is preferred but not mandatory

- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in account management

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
