Role Objective The candidate will be responsible for all legal &amp; compliance related aspects for the organisation Role Responsibilities - All legal &amp; Regulatory frameworks including under-writing for supply chain financing business (Supply chain solutions to organisations strengthening their receivables &amp; payables by providing financing facility to their suppliers/vendors; Bill discounting/Invoice financing) - Handling all corporate legal matters incl. legal agreements/ business contracts/JV agreements/ MOU etc - Ensuring the Labour/ Regulatory Compliances of related to all offices across locations - All legal aspects of mergers &amp; acquisitions, restructures, strategic alliances etc Key Stakeholders Internal CEO &amp; VP-Finance for all legal &amp; compliance related aspects AD- Finance and Dir - SCF: Discuss work-related issues, plans with all internal stakeholders External Buyer/ Client/ Suppliers/ Vendors: External stakeholder management Work Experience - 5-7 years of experience in leading teams in organsations in Supply Chain Financing space - Strong understanding of legal/compliance aspects Knowledge/ Skills - Good communication &amp; people management skills - High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch Education : - Should have done LLB + CS
