The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment &amp; Customer NPS. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry Role Responsibilities - Account Management &amp; Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows - Plan, execute and monitor order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS - Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders - Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, state tax forms, account receivables and payables Key Stakeholders Internal: Sourcing, Operations &amp; Supply chain teams to ensure order fulfillment External: Specific Customers to ensure all SLAs are met Work Experience - 5+ years of account management &amp; Farming experience in B2B/ Industrial/ Manufacturing sectors Knowledge/ Skills - High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. - Understanding of Industrial sector &amp; its Supply chain - Excellent Verbal &amp; Written communication skills Education Graduation + MBA from a reputed institute
