The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to strategic key accounts. The desired candidate must have flair for complex sales and managing a sales team. Role Responsibilities: 1. Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners 2. Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement for Marketing related procurement. 3. Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to strategic key accounts 4. Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth. 5. Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders. 6. Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time. 7. Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, state tax forms, account receivables and payables Qualification & Experience: Work Experience: - B2B Sales background preferred with min 5-8 years of experience - Start-up experience would be an added advantage. Knowledge/Skills: 1. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. 2. Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel even in ambiguous situations Education: MBA (Tier1 Colleges)
