Role Objective :
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry.
Role Responsibilities :
- Account Management & Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows
- Plan, execute and monitor order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, state tax forms, account receivables and payables
Key Stakeholders
- Sourcing, Operations & Supply chain teams To ensure order fulfillment
- Specific Customers to ensure all SLAs are met
Qualification & Experience
- Work Experience: 4-8 years of Account management & Farming experience in B2B/ Industrial/ Manufacturing sectors
- Start-up experience would be an added advantage
Knowledge/ Skills :
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
- Understanding of Industrial sector & its Supply chain
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
Education:
- B. Tech / B.E
- MBA Tier 1/2 College (Mandatory)
