Role: Sr. Manager, Enterprise Sales

Working days: 6 days working, with 1 Saturday off in a month

Location: Chennai

Role Objective:

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to own P&L for a set of accounts and/or Hunt for new accounts and lead a team of 2-3 Operations & BD personnel.

Role Responsibilities:

- P&L - Account Management and/or Hunting - Getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts

- Strategize entry across industry segments and enabling technology led procurement.

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.

- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rates

- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA from Tier-1/ 2 B-Schools (good to have)

- 3-8 years of experience in Enterprise/B2B Sales or Account management, Corporate Sales, FMCG/D/Industrial Sales is a must.

- Experience in FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing/E-Com/Production Industries is desired

- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has the vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology-driven industry

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- Startup experience would be an added advantage

- Knowledge of/ prior experience in Chennai markets and fluency in Tamil (good to have)
