Role : Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

The incumbent will be expected to lead the Digital Marketing function for SME Online business. He'll be expected to drive the digital footprints for SME-Online business with an overall objective of increasing the brand visibility & enhancing customer engagement across all prominent digital platforms

Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of merchandizing & digital marketing team members

- Drive all digital marketing activities for Moglix through web & app

- Own the digital marketing budget and utilize the same in most effective manner

- Devising strategies to drive Customer engagement through online traffic and results on website, Google Analytics (GA), Adobe analytics & Web engagement

- Strategize and Execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, app marketing and display advertising campaigns

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Optimization and bid management of PPC campaigns. Analyze Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI

- In-depth keyword and audience research, Competition analysis, Web Site analysis

- Content marketing with - Best in Class- content & design creation across the portfolio to influence buyers- behavior

- Presenting the content in line with the organization's philosophy and offerings

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
