Moglix.com - Senior Manager - Category Development (3-4 yrs)
Role Objective :
The incumbent shall be responsible for managing Category & Catalog Operations, using data and analytics, for products across all categories that Moglix offers.
This role demands the candidate to be a go-getter who has a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking. The business requires acumen to disrupt the traditional procurement processes of the MSME market and bring in a more organized way of transaction.
Role Responsibilities :
- End to end management of Category Operations for all Industrial categories that Moglix deals with
- Leading a team of category analysts who manage operations for all categories including Product listing
- Analyze data to derive results that help in decision making
- Creating Standard Operating Processes and driving them through training and monitoring.
Key Stakeholders :
Internal :
- With "Supplier Management & Teams" for onboarding and product listing
- With "Operations Teams" for ensuring high CSAT and Customer NPS
- With "Internal Enablers" for managing various business stakeholders, namely Vendors, Customers and Team Members
External :
- with "Vendors, Brands, Suppliers" for Onboarding, price negotiations, new category introduction.
Work Experience : 3 to 4 years of work experience in Category/Catalog Development in E-commerce sector or Sales Operations/ Procurement/ Category Development in Manufacturing/ Industrial/ FMCG sectors.
Knowledge/Skills :
- Understanding of Industrial Products
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Excellent Excel & Data skills. High proficiency in comprehending and building analysis over large and complex data sets
Education : B.Tech (Electrical/ Mechanical) ; MBA
