Brief :
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, getting relevant Manufacturing/B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has the vision to transform a traditional manufacturing industry into a technology-driven industry.
Requirements :
- P&L ownership
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Account Management: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and grow them into cash cows
- Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners
- Team management - he'll be expected to lead a team of 3-5 people (to begin with)
Desired Candidate Background/ Traits :
- Management education (Premier institutes only apply)
- Minimum 6 years hands-on experience in B2B, Enterprise sales
- Experience of having worked in East India market
- Having a flair for startup culture
- Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel even in ambiguous situations
Location - Kolkata
Working days - We work 6 days with one Saturday off per month
