Role Responsibilities :
1. Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise (North) with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & supply chain management.
2. Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.
3. Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
4. Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
5. Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders.
6. Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payable.
Knowledge/ Skills :
1. Excellent communication & people management skills.
2. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
3. Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry.
4. Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets.
5. Full-time MBA from Tier - 1 B-school
