Moglix.com - Senior Manager/Associate Director - Delivery

Role Objective:

Person would be responsible for managing SAAS based projects in Moglix, which includes planning and execution of it.

Responsibilities:

- To manage SaaS projects- delivery based out of Noida

- Total team size will be approximate 10-20 people

- Manage a team of project managers to measure and control cost, schedule, effort and quality of various projects

- Participate in new project kick off, planning and execution.

- Resource management/allocation/hiring.

- Manage customer communication and conflicts through project managers or directly.

Knowledge required:

- Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and active listening and group facilitation

- Knowledge of Agile and Software lifecycle and tools such as Jira

- Strong customer/client interfacing and conflict resolution skills
