Moglix.com - Senior Director/Vice President - Enterprise Sales - South (14-20 yrs)
Role Objective
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to own a P&L of South region comprising of 3-4 independent centres and lead a team spread across locations
- The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation.
Role Responsibilities
- Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise (South) with multiple centres. End-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & overall customer NPS
- Drive CXO level sales
- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement
- Nurture and grow a team of 60+ across multiple cities
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfilment rate for all orders
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
Qualification & Experience
Work Experience
- 14+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in B2B/ Industrial/ Manufacturing space. Consultative sales experience & CXO level sales experience would be required
Knowledge/Skills
- Excellent communication & people management skills.
- Should have led a sizeable team across multiple locations
- Should have worked in South India and be familiar with the local ecosystem
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry
- Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets
Education
- B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institute
