Role Details : Team/ Function : TAAS | Business Analyst Location : Noida Sector 125 Designation : Manager/Deputy Manager - TAAS Reporting Manager : Associate Director, TAAS Role Objective : We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to manage and generate reports &amp; business data for customer management and internal communication. Role Responsibilities : 1. Analysis of client's client data as per the framework created by TAAS team - 2. Generate business insights from the analysed data and communicate those effectively to internal/external stakeholders 3. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to create a ready to use data kit for TAAS clients 4. Collaborate with product team to enable automation of the data analysis process 5. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team. 6. Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. 7. Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. 8. Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues. Key Stakeholders : Internal : All functional heads - For their data needs and strategic decision making External : New Vendors, Agencies, Customers - To give them insight on the business front Qualification &amp; Experience : Work Experience : - 2-5 Years of work experience into Business Analysis role. - Start-up experience would be an added advantage. Knowledge/ Skills : - Excellent communication &amp; people management skills - Excellent data analytical skills - Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional.
