Role Details Team/Function - TAAS | Sourcing Location - Noida Designation - Manager Sourcing Role Objective We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent would be expected to Supplier development - add new suppliers, negotiate with current suppliers for better margins and credit terms. This role requires understanding and in-depth knowledge of Indirect purchase categories and is aware of market dynamics. Role Responsibilities 1. Manage the supplier & price discovery process across multiple accounts that TAAS team has converted and continuous improvement on sourcing process across Moglix 2. Build data-backed models to use Rate Contract data received from clients and provide intelligence to complete sourcing team for negotiating with suppliers. 3. Develop industry-specific sourcing intelligence, new supplier/product innovations 4. Cross functional team coordination with Business Development, Customers Purchase teams, Central Procurement team and Local Sourcing teams to achieve the goal of submitting competitive and timely data analysis. 5. Get relevant suppliers quotes, negotiate, and start relationship for Price analysis and conversion to favourable delivery and credit terms. 6. Monitor and report progress regularly to business development team. 7. Identify &amp; develop standard processes that address business development requirements. 8. Develop innovative approaches to review effectiveness of procurement analysis. 9. Improvement of TAT in customer Purchase data analysis. 10. Build a purchase database of indirect items for scaling up and improving TAT Work Experience 3-6 years of experience in similar profile or indirect procurement in manufacturing industry Knowledge/ Skills 1. In-depth business management, supply chain, and strategic sourcing knowledge. 2. Advanced analytical skills. 3. Exceptional domain knowledge of Indirect Procurement in manufacturing sector. 4. Customer centric mindset. 5. Exceptional negotiation skills. 6. Willingness to set up things from scratch. 7. Excellent communication skills with a flair for BD &amp; sales. 8. Advanced Excel 9. Knowledge of R and Python. Education - Graduation from a reputed institute. - MBA from a reputed institute ( Tier 1 or 2)
