Moglix.com - Manager/Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales (3-8 yrs)
Role Objective: We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to own P&L for a set of accounts and Hunt for new accounts and lead a team of 2 - 3 Operations & BD personnel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- P&L - Account Management and/or Hunting - Getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts.
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth. - Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rates - Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables.

Qualification and Experience Required:
- Work Experience: 3-8 years of experience in Enterprise/ B2B sales, Account management, Industrial sales.
- Experience in FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing/E-Commerce/Production Industries is desired.
- Start-up experience would be an added advantage .
Knowledge / Skills:
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry.
- Knowledge of/prior experience in Chennai markets and fluency in Tamil (good to have)
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
Education: B.tech & MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute.
