The Corporate & Institutional Sales-cum-Key Account Management function has been developed in order to manage medium to large corporate business accounts which are key customers of Moglix's B2B procurement solution. This function's primary job is to identify key customers or to develop key corporate accounts to grow the accounts business by providing various business solutions.

The key responsibility would include:

- Acquire and grow corporate and institutional customers

- Develop relationship to grow the account business

- Develop various corporate account scheme and products to acquire and retain customers

- Increase the usage and adoption of SaaS based E-commerce platform for corporate accounts

- Lead a team of sales and account managers to grow top line while ensuring a great customer experience

- Planning and executing various strategies to grow the vertical achieving market leadership

- P&L responsibility for the business vertical

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with

- MBA or equivalent degree from a premier B school (preferably 2014/15/16/17 pass out)

- Strong commercial negotiation skill

- Excellent written and verbal communications and convincing skill

- Capability in envisioning to grow a business to greater heights with innovation

- Eye for detail without losing the macro sight

- Extremely hard working ability

- Passion to create an impact in the focus area

- Natural leadership skill to lead a diverse team

- Excellent communications and inter-personal skill to coordinate with different function and handle cross functional conflict situations

- Strong positive and go-getter attitude

- Willingness to travel to any place for the business requirements

The candidate will directly be reporting into the leadership team of Moglix.
