Role Objective:
- The incumbent will be responsible for enhancing Brand Moglix with potential candidates, campuses and employees, and sustain Moglix pride in the team.
Role Responsibilities:
1.) Employer Branding
Enhance and execute:
- Employer branding strategy at Moglix
- Online/offline campaigns to promote Moglix brand to potential candidates, promote job openings and opportunities
- Campus/other recruitment events to enhance Moglix branding
2.) Internal Marketing:
Plan, Enhance and execute:
- Communication calendar to keep employees up to date on all relevant developments
- Internal events (Annual event, festivals, etc.) with conjunction with HR
- Creative employee engagement activities centered around Moglix Branding
3.) Maintain relationships with online/offline recruitment & rating agencies to communicate consistent Brand image & values
Key Stakeholders:
- Internal Employees/Management to gather insights which in-turn becomes inputs for Employer Branding initiatives
- Human Capital Department to coordinate with HRBP to plan and execute various internal events for employees and identify opportunities to attract talent
- External Vendors / Agencys per the need
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- Excellent written and spoken english, creative, resourceful, project management skills, ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functions as per the need
- Prior experience of working in Internal Communication, Employer branding domain for B2B firms
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Eng Lit/ Mass Communication/ Any other stream with relevant past experience
- MBA/ PG in Marketing/ Mass Communication/HR
