Moglix.com - Manager - Digital Marketing & Public Relations (4-6 yrs)
Role Objective:
- Ensuring that the brand Moglix remains recognizable, up-to-date and exciting to customers and maintaining brand integrity
- Develop a strong inbound lead generation system using digital marketing
Role Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing
- Own, maintain and update Moglix business websites & social media handles
- Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and inbound leads through search, social media & website
- Design and execute email campaigns across customer acquisition, drip and nurture
- Guide and support SEO/SEM/Content Marketing/Offline events to augmented with digital marketing
- Create/Nurture user & customer communities to increase engagement
- Analyze and report results of digital marketing initiatives
-KRAs: Increased traffic, lead generation & lead conversion
- Public Relations
- Managing PR, Agency & media relationships and maintain a strong network
- Pitch press releases, articles, profiles to national / regional / trade journalists in print / online / broadcast
- Arrange media coverage, interviews, editorials for Moglix leaders
- Design and execute PR campaigns to enhance Moglix brand
- Analyze and report results of PR campaigns results
- Plan and execute Industry awards applications to boost brand image
- KRAs: PR coverage in terms of authored articles, broadcast coverage, interviews, awards with aim to increase Share of Voice
Key Stakeholders:
- Internal Stakeholders Plan, editorial calendar creation
- Top Management Securing media appearances
- Business Teams with an aim of better coordination of work and execution of requirements to gather the required content
- External Stakeholders for pitching ideas to clients, media
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Excellent communication & people & project management skills
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Journalism / English Literature / Any other stream with relevant past experience + Diploma/Course on Digital Marketing
- MBA/ PG in Marketing/Mass Communication
