Role Objective:

Provide complete HR services including IR, local compliances, union, change management, general administration, performance management, L&D, legal, talent acquisition & welfare support to manufacturing units by seamlessly partnering with various stakeholder across manufacturing unit & corporate level. Maintain cordial employee relations to effectively manage the talent pipeline at the manufacturing unit.

Role Responsibilities:

- Develop the productivity enhancing incentive scheme for staff at manufacturing units & implement the same in consultation with business head.

- Ensure compliances with regards to contract staff under the labor laws

- Advise & represent management in matters before courts & tribunals, institutionalizing sustainable IR policies

- Negotiating and amicable settling of issues among the management and unions arising due to time office, salary & wage administration matters

- Discuss manpower numbers with the business heads & drive towards delivering the headcount needs as per the growing business requirement.

- Interact with industry peers, liaise with local bodies & government authorities to ensure timely and accurate reporting of information for meeting compliance requirements.

- Drive induction process for staff at manufacturing units

Key Stakeholders:

Internal: CEO/ Head, Human Capital Discuss any issues/ conflicts with internal or external stakeholders Leadership Team/ Hiring managers Effectively manage Industrial relations & compliances Employees Resolution of all people related issues

External: Statutory bodies like courts and tribunals, Labor department, counsellors & advocates, Environmental Agencies Compliances

Qualification & Experience:

- 6+ years of relevant experience in a similar profile

- Negotiation & people management skills

- Knowledge of Industrial relations and labor laws, Contract labor Management, Negotiation Skills, Networking

- Graduate in any stream along with PG in HR/IR Management (Essential)

- LLB / Diploma in Labor Laws (Desirable)
