Role Objective :

To maximize sales and profit of the categories and achieving sales budgets while remaining competitive in the marketplace. This role demands the candidate to be a go-getter who has a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking.

Role Responsibilities :

- Driving overall health of the Category - Financial, operational

- Assortment Planning - Brand and Label

- Driving Top line growth MoM in line with the targets

- Driving Operational metrics through Vendor Management team.

- Generating bottom-line through Ad sales - Key suppliers + Brands (working with central Ad sales team)

- Brand and Key Supplier Strategic partnerships and Relations

Key Internal Stakeholders :

- Supplier Management & Cataloging Teams: For onboarding, product listing and servicing of vendors

- Marketing, Merchandising & Product Management Teams: For ensuring Customer Segmentation/Targeting/Positioning -and smooth UI/UX

- Order Management, Warehouse & Customer Care Teams: For ensuring high CSAT and Customer NPS

Finance, Technology & HR : For managing various business stakeholders, namely Vendors, Customers and Team Members

Key External Stakeholders :

- Vendors, Brands, Suppliers: For Onboarding, price negotiations, new category introduction

Qualification & Experience

- 2+ years of Industry experience in a similar profile

- Experience in onboarding and managing vendors

- Excellent communication skills

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- High proficiency in comprehending and building analysis over large and complex data sets

- Graduation (B Tech/ BBA / B Com / Graduation in any other stream) + MBA from a reputed institute
