Role: Lead - Supplier Ops & Relationship Management

Locations: Noida

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to lead SME/Supplier Operations

Key Responsibilities - 

- Drive Supplier NPS through end-to-end Vendor/Supplier relationship management

- CRM/Business partner management through Inside sales model, driving technology adoption and communication

Desired candidate traits - 

- 3+ yrs of work ex in SME customer relationship management, Process excellence, Inside sales, CRM, Digital Communications targeted towards brands and suppliers / Vendors / Merchants

- Excellent Communication and Business development skills

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- Startup experience would be an added advantage

- MBA from a Top 10 institutes is a must
