The incumbent will be expected to lead the sales and Vendor Development functions for Moglix in the Southern zone.

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement
- Identify and close new organizations and companies as clients and strategic partners
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Managing metrics like #Customers, GMV, Profitability, #Categories addressed, %SOB
- Maintaining a healthy business relationship with the key partners as key accounts
- Ensuring all operational and issues are resolved in the process of partnership
- #Customers, GMV, Profitability, #Categories addressed, %SOB
- Ensuring Delivery in Full on Time
- On-boarding new vendors on Moglix platform online as well as offline sales
- Developing a team of field executives to drive fast results
- Managing metrics like #brands, #SKUs and #vendors/brand
- Ensuring 100% fulfillment rate for all the orders
- Program managing across the teams to ensure adherence to SLAs
- Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time
- Recruit, develop and train a team of talented workforce
