Role Objective :

The profile requires working with the CXOs & other business heads to achieve company's short- and long-term strategic objectives. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges and the individual is required to multi-task, conceptualize, implement new processes, have attention to detail, work under stringent deadlines while aggregating and interpreting data.

Role & responsibilities :

- Monitoring & driving all organizational KPIs that are critical for the Business Unit

- Responsible for all KRAs that are personally driven by Leader such as reporting, board meetings, monthly and quarterly key reviews

- Cross functional & key stakeholder management to drive multiple initiatives

- Manage multiple projects assigned by the leader related to diverse businesses and functions

- Provide ongoing support to business activities and coordinate between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Marketing & other functions

- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for Leader including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential

- Plans, coordinates and ensures the Leader's schedule is followed and respected

- Communicates directly and on behalf of Leader on matters related to Leader's programmatic initiatives

- Researches, prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Leader, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral or response

- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Leader & other stakeholders; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff

- Works closely and effectively with the Leader to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping him updated

- Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organisation and manages a variety of special projects for the Leader, some of which may have organizational impact

- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverable with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company

- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures

- Work with all stakeholders internally

Qualification & Experience :

- 1 to 3 years of work experience

- Experience of being an EA to CXO would be preferred

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence

- Strong sense of personal ownership and ability to "get things done"

- Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited/ imperfect information

- Excellent data analytical skills, Excellent presentation skills

- MBA from a premier (tier -1) institute
