Brief:

Moglix.com is seeking a talented Director-Tech and Engineering with a strong track record of success leading engineering teams to deliver cutting- edge technology to solve B2B E-commerce problems.

Primary Job Responsibilities

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

- Should be results oriented, proactive and showing overall leadership quality.

- Design and build extremely reliable, scalable and high performing enterprise systems in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible.

- Write quality code in Java.

Desired candidate background:

- 4-6 years of professional programming experience in e-commerce.

- 1-2 years experience in leading/managing high performing team.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as Architect/Tech Lead.

- Web development experience(Java) on large scale, high-traffic sites or web applications.

- Knowledge of frameworks like Spring,RabbitMq, Kafka etc.

- Knowledge of relational databases and No SQL.

- Knowledge of big data, Hadoop, Cassandra, Elastic search etc.

- Knowledge of web technologies like AngularJs, Reactjs, Nodejs.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor / Master's degree in CS/ME/IT/related technology (IITs, RECs, BITS preferred)

- Total of 7-10 years work experience
