Moglix.com - Deputy Manager - Operations/Customer Success

- Responsible for supplier, warehouse and sourcing team internal coordination.

- Needs to manage a team of 3-4 tele callers who will be interfacing with the suppliers.

- Need to coordinate and followup with logistics team to ensure material picked up on time and dispatched on time.

- Ultimate responsibility will be to reduce Customer TAT and ensure on-time Delivery.

Experience Required: Applicants should have 3+ years of experience in Operations / Sourcing / Supply chain from manufacturing or E-commerce background.

Educations: MBA from Tier 1 / 2 is mandatory.
