Role Objective

The candidate will be responsible for all HR & Admin mandates at the regional centers including end-to-end talent acquisition cycle comprising of head-hunting, sourcing, evaluating, hiring and onboarding relevant & talented candidates for specific Tech roles such as Java programmers (Front-end, Back-end, Full stack), PhP developers, UI developers (Angular JS, HTML), Tech architects, Product Managers (SaaS, Enterprise, Supply chain, Online), Data Scientists, Business analysts, Software QA Engineers, Application Support Engineers, Graphic Designers, Network admin and Dev Ops Engineers.

Role Responsibilities :

- Head-hunting through different TA channels including job portals, social media, referrals, professional networks, campus etc

- Working on TA metrics, data & dashboards. Proficiency in data and ability to work on advanced excel would be required

- Managing multiple internal & external stakeholders. Speed and timeline-orientation are a must

- Managing Joining, On-boarding & Induction formalities

- Be the HR Business Partner & manage all employee connect sessions, engagement activities & handle all employee queries & grievances

- Responsible for Admin & Facility management at the center
