We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS.  Good to have exp in dealing with Cement, Steel, TMT, Concrete, lubricants & paints - industry.

Primary Responsibilities :

Account Management & Farming : The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows

- Should be responsible to manage key accounts of infrastructure related companies.

- Plan, execute and monitor order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS

- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders

- Get relevant Enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth

- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables

- Reporting Team

- Reporting Designation: Senior Manager (SM_MGL_BU_NV_G6_Sal)

Reporting Department: New Verticals (NV)

Educational qualifications preferred

Category: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree

Degree: Bachelor of Technology - BTech, Master of Business Administration - MBA

Institution tier: 1/2

Required work experience

Industry : B2B/Infrastrucutre space

Role: Key Account Management

Years of experience: 2 to 5

Required Knowledge:

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- Startup experience would be an added advantage

- Good to have experience in managing Infrastructure related key accounts

- Key Account management, farming, hunting of new accounts and

- Operations in B2B/Infrastrucutre space.

- Consultative sales & Account mgmt experience would be preferred

Required Skills: Excellent communication & people management skills
