Job Description :
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Account Management & Farming : The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills in managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows
- Should be responsible to manage key accounts of related companies.
- Plan, execute and monitor order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders
- Get relevant Enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
- Reporting Team

Educational qualifications preferred :
Category : Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
Degree : Bachelor of Technology - BTech, Master of Business Administration - MBA

Required Knowledge :
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Startup experience would be an added advantage
- Good to have experience in managing key accounts
- Key Account management, farming, hunting of new accounts and
- Operations in B2B
- Consultative sales & Account managementt experience would be preferred
