Role Objective:
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. Providing and analyzing strategic decisions for the growth of Packaging, sales vertical.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own & grow the P&L for Packaging business in particular region with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & supply chain management
- Building strategic partnerships with key industrial brands pan-India & driving business effectively (Sectors: Pharma, FMCG, FMCD, Food etc)
- Target companies with Turnover 500 to 2000 Cr
- CXO, Promoter connect to get relevant B2B customer on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts
- Get relevant Enterprise - Packaging customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts
- Strategize entry across key segments and enabling technology led procurement
Experience & Qualification required:
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in B2B/ Industrial - Packaging space
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional
- Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills
- B.tech and MBA from Tier- 1 institute.
