Moglix.com - Associate Director/Entrepreneur in Residence - New Categories (5-10 yrs)
Role Objective :
- Setting-up & scaling new/chosen category for Moglix by staying on top of industry trends by finding and prioritizing opportunities based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
- Owning & growing the category P&L by going deep and understanding where opportunities are and consequently creating viable business plans to service the opportunities.

Role Responsibilities :
- Strategize and execute Sales of Chosen Product Category with P&L responsibility
- Create Organization Blueprint and set up required team
- Close sales deals with CXO level stakeholders. Should be able to work on complex deals with multiple stakeholders involved
- Develop operations blueprint and act as the SPOC to liaise with various stakeholders to create & fulfill demand.
- Assess competitive offerings and develop unique value propositions
- Plan and develop the product range and finalize the pricing strategy
- Work closely with suppliers and engage them in joint business plans with a promise of growth and scale
- Create Competitive vendor base by driving periodic vendor meets to both propagate Moglix brand and also provide a platform to them for presenting their inputs to the management.
- On-board customers, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts
- Financial Compliance: Ensuring 100% compliance with taxation, account receivables and payables, and periodic reconciliation with vendors.

- Enterprise Sales & Ops teams To leverage client connects
- Internal Enablers For internal & external issue resolution
External :
- Suppliers/Vendors Manage suppliers to help achieve high customer NPS and also drive monetization activities for improving bottom-line
Qualification & Experience :
Work Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in Vendor relations, sales/supplier support
- Prior exp in managing large scale transactions preferable on supply / operations side in a start-up environment with a team lead role will be a plus
Knowledge/ Skills :
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and active listening and group facilitation
- Attention to detail and with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, and business excellence.
Education :
- MBA from Tier 1/Tier 1.5 institute
