Moglix.com - Associate Director - Audit & Finance Control - CA

Role Objective :

The candidate will be responsible for monthly closing and statutory audit for Moglix

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Accounting & Management of :

- AP & AR

- GL Closure

- Work with business controller to do proper closing Audit of all entities of Moglix

- Revenue Assurance and Cost Optimisation

Book Closure for Moglix :

- Monthly, Quarterly closing of Books

- Statutory audit

- Expense and GL Management

- Consolidation of Accounts

- Work towards financial automation of reports 

Internal Stakeholder Management :

Key Stakeholders :

Internal :

- BU financial controllers & enabling units : To discuss any issues / conflicts with internal or external stakeholders

External :

- Buyer/ Client/ Suppliers/ Vendors/ Banks: To work seamlessly with external stakeholders

Qualification & Experience :

Work Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Business finance, leading finance teams in either large corporates, manufacturing or Big 4s

Knowledge/ Skills :

- Good communication & people management skills

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- Ability to work in an unstructured environment

- Should be expressive with good interpersonal skills.

Education : Chartered Accountant (Pref. 1st attempt)
