Role Objective: You would be expected to envision and build new products features and offerings. Roles & Responsibilities: - Work with business leadership to understand their vision and pain points. - Map the vision to tech roadmap and get it executed with the help of the Engineering team - Work closely with the engineering team to guide ideas and products from conception to launch - Own, develop & continuously improve product design to improve the overall product experience for the customers by working on features such as navigation interface to improve the customer journey, reducing item search time, system-generated product name standardization etc. - Do stakeholder management with respect to expectations, timelines, and escalations. - Own entire product lifecycle from Conceptualization -&gt; Realization -&gt; Adoption -&gt; Impact - Understanding of SCM Processes such as Order processing, Warehouse management, and logistics Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum 3 years of relevant Product Management experience on Ecommerce or Supply chain products. - Passionately curious to learn and adapt to dynamic research, development, and industry knowledge - Deep understanding of consumer behavior which will support product delivery from conceptualization to implementation.
