Moglix - Senior Manager - Sales - Capex Packaging - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (6-9 yrs)

Role Objective:

This role demands the candidate to be a go-getter who has a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking. The profile allows the candidate to take strategic sales actions with intent of customer acquisition in the segment of Capex Packaging (warehouse equipment, material handling equipment, racks, chutes, floor mats etc). Project leadership skills which will be contributing towards the success of the organization.

Role Responsibilities:

- Building B2B sales partnerships with key industrial brands pan-India & driving business effectively

- Target companies with Turnover 500 to 2000 Cr

- Connect to get relevant B2B customer on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.

Qualification & Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account management in Capex- Packaging space

- Excellent in communication & people management skills

- Startup experience would be an added advantage. Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry

- B.Tech & MBA from a Tier 1
