Position : SM/AD - Value Delivery (Big 4 Consulting experience preferred)


Location : Noida

Key skills for this role are as follows :

1. Develop and deploy "value delivery - value engineering / cost out/ SCM cost optimization etc." strategy for clients

2. Lead mission-based programs with cross functional & cross organizational (vendors, customers & Moglix) participants

3. To meet customer expectations in terms of cost, quality, lead time improvement, inventory level, simplifying processes, kaizens to reduce throughput and build a continual improvement work culture.

Role Objective :

- Develop and deploy "value delivery - value engineering / cost out/ SCM cost optimization etc." strategy for clients.

- Value delivery leader shall be responsible to facilitate cross functional and cross organization (customer, vendors and Moglix) action plans from ideation to implementation, to meet customer expectations in terms of cost, quality, lead time improvement, inventory level, simplifying processes, kaizens to reduce throughput and build a continual improvement work culture.

- The position demands leadership behavior, imparting training, and upskilling members (internal & external) on various methods, not limited to lean, six sigma, quality control, sourcing, SCM, kaizen etc.

Role Responsibilities :

- Assess, develop, deploy, & continually improve organization vide idea generation & improvement action plans not limiting to cost, quality, time, VSM, NVA, PSR, lead time & inventory etc.

- Identify areas of improvement and implement actions plans, involving Moglix, vendors & client teams, on as and when need basis.

- Lead mission-based programs with cross functional & cross organizational (vendors, customers & Moglix) participants

- Drive and monitor KPI's on cost improvement, lean benefits, inventory optimization, Idea generation rate, lead time reductions, stock outs etc.

- Develop tracking and reporting mechanisms for monitoring and periodic reporting to Moglix management and client management on the progress of continual improvement/value delivery programs

- Ready to work on client side and experienced in customer handling with regular customer management reporting

Work Experience : 10 to 15 years of Manufacturing industry (operations/ SCM/ procurement) or consulting experience with exposure of working in a customer facing role. Lean/ Six Sigma /PMP certifications- Added advantage.

Education: BE (Mech or Elec)/MBA
