The incumbent will be expected to standardize, run &amp; scale up Moglix Warehouse &amp; Supply chain operations for the dedicated location Primary Responsibilities: - Setting up/standardizing warehouse operations for all fulfillment centers - Leading a team of on-roll &amp; off-roll team members (approx. 5-6 in each warehouse) - Leveraging technology to set up the best processes. - Partnering with Logistics partners &amp; vendors Educational qualifications preferred Category: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree Degree: Bachelor of Technology - BTech, Master of Business Administration - MBA Institution tier: Tier 2 Required Skills: 1. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch 2. Excellent internal &amp; external stakeholder management skills 3. Warehouse Operations either in E-commerce space or with logistics companies
