Role Objective : We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organization.
Role responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities, Timely collections
- Get relevant accounts on board by building own customer base, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts by managing the end-to-end sales cycle within defined timeline
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth. Regularly updating data for tracking and analysis
- Driving overall health of the steel business with respect to financial worthiness of the client
- Communicating with top level management/executives/decision makers of the targeted organizations
Work Experience:
- 3+ years of work experience in selling flat steel products
- Experience in handling MSME segment.
- Experience in handling flat products like Hr Sheet, CR sheet, GP or color coated sheets.
- Very strong experience in hunting (acquisitions of new accounts).
Education:
- Graduation (pref. B Tech)
- MBA from a reputed institute
