Moglix - Director/Associate Director - Transformation - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (4-8 yrs)

Role Objective :

Develop, sell, and execute supply-chain transformation plans for customers (or potential customers) by partnering with CXOs. Continue to manage existing large accounts and grow share-of-business with by offering additional technology-based solutions.

The incumbent will have the opportunity to touch every part of customer's business, map out all their strategic drivers, align Moglix solutions to customer needs, and help drive execution.

Role Responsibilities :

1. Identify innovative ways to acquire new enterprise customers by radically transforming their end-to-end supply chain (from procurement to delivery) using the Moglix suite of solutions.

2. Lead all pre-sales activities for enterprise accounts. Built sales pipeline and make multiple proposals to generate additional revenue through supply chain transformation as a service.

3. Formulate growth strategy for existing enterprise accounts (grow share of business) along with the business heads and other senior stakeholders.

4. Liaison with clients for delivery, demand management, billing and new opportunities. Program manage post-sales execution of Moglix solutions

Identify alignment gaps with customer team, and drive transparency and accountability through communication and collaboration.

5. Lead on change impact analysis, readiness and post go-live assessments.

6. Work with internal, cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business, Finance, Customer success, SCM etc.) to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations through a rigorous data-driven process.

7. Monitor and drive all organizational KPIs that are critical for success. Drive the operational cadence at CXO level. Measure & track critical KPIs & initiatives

Provide insights to the business through analytics and market research as required.

Qualification & Experience

Work Experience :

1. 4-8 years of post-MBA work experience in role such as Strategy & operations, CEO's office, consulting, program management, corporate planning etc.

2. Astute business sense and analytical ability with great articulation skills.

3. Deep industry knowledge of 1-2 industries.

4. Prior sales/ proposal making experience.

Knowledge/ Skills :

1. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence.

2. Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited information.

3. Excellent communication, Senior executive presence

4. Good people management skills

5. Excellent data analytical skills

Education :

Graduation & MBA from a premier (Tier -1) institute
