Moglix - Deputy Manager/Manager - Data Analytics

Role Objective:

- We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual extract and analyze diverse datasets from internal systems and Supply central operations, etc.

- Role Responsibilities:

- Extract and analyze diverse datasets from internal systems and operations spanning all area and present in the form of reports and insights

- Design and measure operational Supply KPIs (like Supplier communication TAT, Sourcing Activities TAT, etc.) and keep on improving them time-to-time

- Good understanding of Systems and Processes; able to define, articulate and implement processes in a fast paced environment without much supervision

- Excellent (4.5+/5) working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word and related relevant software

- Create Analytics (informative) reports/dashboards for communicating actionable information to team members and presentation of high-level insights/MIS to the management

- Constantly strive to improve processes and metrics from data; Support cross-functional stakeholders in understanding and improving these metrics

- Understands data reporting and structuring, and has the ability to communicate data analysis to larger audience with clarity

- Forward-player: Able to take lead in internal meetings with minimal supervision and able to drive high impact meetings with multiple related or non-related stakeholders

- Supply and Category Teams

Purpose: Data reporting and analysis, Process management and improvement

External -

- Suppliers

Purpose: Queries and Workflow understanding

Work Experience:

- 2-3 years in role of Project/Program Management

- Experience in data management in complex organizations

Knowledge/Skills:

- Proficiency is MS excel

- Proficiency in project management & program Management

Education:

BTECH(Any branch) from a Tier2 / Tier3 institute

MBA - desired but not essential
