MoExports is an early-stage, bootstrapped startup dedicated to connecting the world with the abundant resources, talent, and treasures of Odisha, India. Our mission is to bridge the gap between Odisha's offerings and the global market, offering a diverse range of export services that cater to unique business needs.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual to join us as a Co-Founder with a primary focus on Hiring Services and Corporate Relations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our hiring division, leveraging your experience in hiring services and corporate contacts.
1. Leadership in Hiring Services:
- Co-found and lead the hiring services division, defining its strategic direction and goals.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and HR professionals.
- Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2. Corporate Relations:
- Leverage your extensive network of corporate contacts to establish and nurture partnerships with key organizations.
- Identify and secure corporate clients interested in MoExports' hiring services, particularly in sourcing talent from Odisha.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met.
3. Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive hiring and corporate relations strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to stay ahead in the hiring and corporate engagement landscape.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for the hiring and corporate relations divisions.
4. Networking and Outreach:
- Leverage your corporate contacts and network to identify potential clients and partnership opportunities.
- Attend industry-specific events, webinars, and conferences to build relationships and expand our corporate client base.
- Utilize social media platforms like LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers in target companies.
5. Client Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, addressing their hiring needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional MoExports services.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously gather feedback from clients and candidates to enhance our hiring services and client relationships.
- Collaborate with the technology team to improve platform functionality based on user feedback.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within the hiring services industry, with a strong track record of successful placements and team management.
- Extensive network and relationships with corporate clients, particularly in industries with high hiring demands.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building and scaling recruitment divisions or businesses.
- Excellent leadership, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
