Job Description

- Strong passion for technology and understanding industry trends.

- Strong analytical, quantitative skills and ability to work with business owners to define key business aspects.

- Analyzing data to spot problems and opportunities

- Write requirements and specifications to meet business requirements and drive the product development schedule from design to release

- Work cross-functionally with developers, operations, business and other departments

- Ability to explain approach, process, and insights to technical and non-technical teammates.

- Structured problem-solving of business and product problems assigned

- Excellent time and stakeholders management, decision-making, leadership and planning skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage GTM & communication of product feature/release timelines to key stakeholders

Job Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in Product Management.

- Candidates with experience in requirement gathering, preparing wireframe and BRD/FSD is preferable.

- Experience in working with wireframe.

- Structured, clear thinking process

- Clear and precise communication - both verbal and written

- Ability to step into the shoes of different stakeholders - high empathy

- Willingness to step out of comfort zone to solve problems

- Ownership, hustle, and partiality towards fast-paced environments
