Objective : Strategize & execute in creating MoEngage as a great place to work.
Work deliverables : The role involves having a fundamental understanding of HR value spectrum - Organisation Design, Employer Brand, Culture & Org Development, and Employee Lifecycle Management. Following are the broad expectations:
1. Talent Strategy - Work with CPO in devising Talent strategy and prioritize interventions for execution
2. Talent Management - Develop talent management processes ( performance management to employee development) and institutionalize
3. Employer Brand - Champion the talent brand, internally and externally at MoEngage. Conceptualize and lead initiatives across PR, campus and communities
4. Culture & Engagement - Conceptualize and lead interventions for engagement and culture growth. This includes feedback surveys, development journeys, career growth models, and recognition programs
What are we looking at :
1. 2-6 years, premier MBA only. Relevant functional experience preferred
