About the role: - Own and Manage the client onboarding process. - Coordinate between internal cross-functional teams - Ensure continuity between Sales and Customer Success - Provides onboarding status reports to internal teams Reduce - Time to Revenue Recognition and provide customers with a fast and effective on-boarding experience Key Responsibilities: - Project Management skills with an organized approach - Documentation of Integration Processes and Best Practices - Good technical knowledge to help clients make appropriate customizations - Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Experience and understanding of Rest APIs - Experience in working in Android & iOS platforms - Exposure to Mobile App Technologies is a plus - Experience in Front End Web Development is a plus - Deep understanding of Web Application Frameworks - Experience working on Email platform is a plus - Experience in Digital Marketing products is a plus - Experience in JIRA, Zendesk or similar ticketing tools is a plus - Exposure to Analytics tools like GA, GTM etc. nice to have - Customer handling would be a plus
