We have been growing rapidly in the South-East Asia, and this person would be leading our Sales efforts in the region, at a Director level role. This position is based in either Jakarta / Singapore. This person must be willing to get their hands dirty and have a strong - get things done- approach.

What we expect from you:

- Responsible for new customer acquisition across South-East Asia

- Develop strategies to source, cultivate, negotiate and close dealswith clients

- Work with existing customers in the region, ensure that they see value with MoEngage, becoming advocates

- Driving growth through the usage of marketing channels, outbound prospecting & cross functional co-ordination

- Build and grow a world-class sales team focused on the region

- Get down to the numbers. B2B SaaS is in your blood and you can look forward a few years in building, and executing on our sales plan

- The role will be based out of Jakarta / Singapore

Who are we looking for:

- You have over 4+ years of professional sales in a B2B SaaS environment and ideally have led a team in a high growth environment for 2+ years

- You are a closer, with the ability to do complex contract negotiations, product presentations and solution selling

- Ability to learn technology products quickly and sell with customer use-cases

- ACV and MRR are second nature to you, and you know how to make them grow

- Top tier educational background

- Strong analytical bend with a fluency for data

- Extremely high energy person with ability to handle significant pressure, long hours, and heavy travel
