MoEngage Inc. is a technology company based out of Bangalore and San Francisco. We are focused on solving the problem of retention and engagement in mobile apps. We are building an User Analytics and Engagement platform to help app companies understand user behaviour in real time and deliver personalised interactions (big data personalisation at scale).

We work with most of the top consumer-internet companies in India across E-commerce, Travel, Food, etc. We are a fast-growing team of young people, who worked earlier at mobile and startup companies. We are building a global SaaS company out of India and are looking for the right folks who can be part of this journey.

Responsiblities:

- Onboard closed leads with Integration support

- Be the point of contact for Accounts and be responsible for the growth of the customer

- Advise clients on the most effective ways to use the MoEnagage Platform

Skills:

- 2 Years of working with Clients or managed accounts

- Understanding of the Mobile Ecosystem and App Marketing is a +1. +2 if you have worked in a Sucess role for a Saas company

- Ability to understand customer requirement and see how MoEngage can add value in various way

- Take ownership of the relationship post sales and grow the customer

- Champion the product and be an evangelist

- Empathy - Needed in any client facing role, also important for working with other teams
