Role Description

- Own the business design for specific business verticals (e.g. beauty, wellness, pharmacy operations, supply chain etc.)

- Establish product vision, lay out product roadmap, and lead it to success

- Conduct competitive benchmarking of unique global journeys to identify best practices and implement them

- Identify key features to be built for disrupting the market

- Create, maintain and prioritize the business backlog

- Collaborate with different platforms, modules and technology teams to understand the requirements and constraints for building the vertical

- Leads product to delivery and overall success (through new features)

- Observes, learns about, contacts and analyzes end users of the product to updated product based on feedback

Experience / Qualifications - 

- 6-10 years experience of working in a consulting firm preferably with exposure to pharma projects, or worked in a pharmaceutical company, or a pharma startup

- Undergraduate degree from Tier I and II schools (BE, BTech, Biotech) or pharmaceuticals (B.Pharma) background.

- MBA from a reputed postgraduate school (Preferred)

- Exposure to new business building, technology,stakeholder management, IT platforms (in consulting projects)

- Exposure to pharmaceuticals industry, and pharma retail sector

Key skills / competencies required

- Comfortable with designing and operating a technology led solution

- Effective analytical & communications skills

- Ability to lead projects from concept to closure

- Willingness to learn, innovate and take initiative

- Flexibility to move across teams and adapt quickly in new environment

PHARMACEUTICALS

Person needs to be based out of Mumbai or should relocate to Mumbai
